Options dialog can be used to configure this application.

It has following pages:

 

•User interface
Configure VCam User interface.
VCam now supports several kinds of languages, such as Eng (English), Ger (German), Chs (Simplified Chinese) and Cht (Traditional Chinese), restarting VCam is needed to apply language modification.
VCam also supports skin and color scheme.
 
 
 
•Program
Change the program playing methods.
You can change default audio device here, for example, change to a virtual audio device;
 
 
 
•Screen capture
Configure screen capture, note that "track mouse position" and "whether show capture window" can also be set by hotkeys when capturing.
The capture frame rate is important, if the CPU usage is high when capturing, you can set it to a lower value such as 5.
"Default zoom" means the scale between VCam output video size and screen capture window size, which can be set by hotkeys when capturing as well.
 
 
 
•VCam default image
Set the output image of VCam when nothing is being played.
hint "None" means do not set default image, and VCam will use the last played image (or video frame) as its output image.
 
 
 
•Others
Whether show news about VCam or check for new version when startup.
 
 
 
•Video resize
Set video resize method and algorithm, you needn't change it in most situation, except that current algorithm makes your PC very slow.
 
 
 
•Hotkeys
Set VCam hotkeys, you can press the key(s) you want to use in corresponding edit box to set a new hotkey.
hint If the edit box contains "[ ? ]", it means that current hotkey is not a valid one and can't be used.
 
 
 
•Driver
VCam driver settigns, such as install/uninstall/enable/disable.
You can also change VCam default resolution and frame rate here. It may reduce your CPU usage and improve the video quality if a correct one is set.
hint It's highly recommended to reboot after driver configuration.
 
 
 
•License
This page is used to display license information. You can buy VCam here, input serial no or activation code, get the machine code to register VCam by [Register] button.
