VCam supports many kinds of video special effects, and you can select different video effects and configure them here.
VCam can use two effects at the same time, check radio button #1 to select video effect 1 and configure it, check #2 to select video effect 2 and configure it.
The first effect item is "None", which means do not use special effect for current effect selection (#1 or #2).
