If you already have a webcam, VCam can make it being able to be used by several application at the same time and add cool effects on it.
Demo 1: Play your webcam and change your "face" in it:
| 1. | Launch VCam; |
| 2. | Press the [Program Manager] button in Main window, open the Program Manager window; |
| 3. | Go to [Device] page, choose your webcam device and press [Play capture device] button to play your webcam; |
| 4. | Go to [Overlay] page, choose image overlay and select file "face-1.png" (under "{VCam install folder}\overlay\FACE" folder); |
| 5. | Check [Face tracking] if it's not checked; |
| 6. | Open other applications which use VCam, and see what the output of VCam is now. |

Demo 2: Play your webcam and change its background:
| 1. | Launch VCam; |
| 2. | Press the [Program Manager] button in Main window, open Program Manager window; |
| 3. | Press  to add image file(s) or video file(s) you want to use it as your webcam background; |
| 4. | The file will be added into the program list if it can be played. Double click on it or press  to play this file; |
| 5. | Go to [Device] page and choose your webcam device; |
| 6. | Go to [Overlay] page, select device overlay and check [Remove background]; |
| 7. | Move your face out of your webcam screen for 3 seconds and move back again; |
| 8. | Now your webcam background is replaced with image or video you just played (you can adjust remove strength slider to get better removal effect). |
